Senior Account Manager, OEM/Strategic Partners

Description

This position is responsible for creating and managing strategic partnerships with industry leading technology partners, system integrators, and VAR/OEM customers. This role reports to the EVP, Worldwide Field Operations.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and recruits new partners by determining joint value proposition, conducting feasibility analysis, and negotiating engagement model
  
• Cultivates and maintains executive level relationships with strategic partners to promote long-term growth of Versants products and services
  
• Identifies partner revenue-generating opportunities and teams with Marketing and Sales to develop and execute partner strategies that close new business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field; MBA a plus
  
• Relevant software/technology industry knowledge and experience
  
• Experience in business development, marketing, and/or sales, preferably in the software/technology industry
  
• Demonstrated experience with creating and managing executive-level relationships, and inherent knowledge of partnership contracts/relationship structuring
  
• Exceptional analytic, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  
• Proven ability to work within and across teams, with significant leadership and management experience
