Versant’s Standard Software Maintenance program is highly recommended and really mandatory for all of our active customers. The software maintenance includes:

  • Certified patch releases every 6 – 12 weeks
  • Major software updates (Services Releases), every 18 – 24 months
  • Major software releases (Upgrades), if and when required

Obsolescence Software Maintenance

Versant is committed to continuing software maintenance on outdated software releases, as we do recognize that for some customers it can be difficult to always upgrade to the latest major release cycle within a given time frame.

Our Obsolescence Software Maintenance provides bug fixes in the form of emergency patch releases for crash or data corruption issues, while at the same time offers continued telephone and e-mail support for the customer.
